Drinking Water
When it comes to water many of us would rather have a soda pop or juice. However, water is essential to the human body as it is made of 58% to 78% water depending on the body weight. Additionally, it also helps provide more oxygen to our brain when we drink water. It thins the blood which makes the blood flow more efficiently. It clears out toxins and flushes out any harmful chemicals in our body.

Then I bought half a gallon of water and thought to myself that finishing this amount everyday should not be a problem. It wasn’t easy, but it was achievable.
My Writing Strengths And Weaknesses

Several thoughts come to mind when I describe my strengths and weaknesses as a writer:
First of all, whenever I write I know when the writing is great or just ordinary. It requires more effort when I try to write great. It takes a great deal of time because my mind is not focused.

My Fitness Goals
I have been working out with a trainer for a few weeks now. My goals are to lose about fifteen pounds and make exercise part of my daily routine.
In starting my workout, I warm up by walking on the treadmill or using the elliptical machine for ten minutes. Then, my trainer does some medicine ball exercises with me and brings me up to speed.
Also, I use the dumbbells to help strengthen my upper body muscles. For abdominal, I use the crunch machine which folds my body in a sandwich back n’ forth. Moreover, my trainer requires me to do sixty to seventy sit-ups.
