Writing is a source of pleasure when it involves such things as invention and creation. I want to transform my writing into clear, readable prose, so where better to practice my writing than in my journal.

As we learn it not only helps us to grow mentally but also the focus is more open toward success. Lack of education hinders you from reaching your highest potential.

How to Argue with your Boss?

Arguing with your boss is not easy because the thought of getting fired is always lingering at the back of your mind. Yet, there are some steps that can help when it comes down to making your point in handling disagreements.

Holding on to common sense under pressure, use a simple concept to comfortably initiate a conversation. Be sure not to be angry when going to your boss’s office, as the mind may be clouded by your anger.

Clarify the problem and ask questions, for instance, “why would you do it that particular way?” It not only shows your interest in his idea, but it also gives him a chance to explain his side.

Additionally, when you have a problem that you want to take to your boss’s attention, you must be prepared for all the questions your boss may have afterwards. Besides, provide solutions and present them in a way that works positively for both sides. Read more »
