When it comes to water many of us would rather have a soda pop or juice. However, water is essential to the human body as it is made of 58% to 78% water depending on the body weight. Additionally, it also helps provide more oxygen to our brain when we drink water. It thins the blood which makes the blood flow more efficiently. It clears out toxins and flushes out any harmful chemicals in our body.
In the beginning, it was hard for me to drink water unless I was eating something. I tried putting bottles of water everywhere in the house so I would pick one up and drink. It did not work. Then I bought half a gallon of water and thought to myself that finishing this amount everyday should not be a problem. It wasn’t easy, but it was achievable.
Then I moved up to a gallon a day. I have to say it was not bad but sometimes it was and still is a struggle. So, I decided to motivate myself with a star every time I made it through. I have many stars now on my refrigerator, which reminds me of how many times I made it!
My idea is to do what works to start and work your way up. You never know how many stars you may be getting.

I agree with you….drinking water alone is a problem for me as well. I am gonna start using your technique..peace out sister!!
Hey, good one on drinking water. Also, it is easier to drink water in summer than in winter. In summer people are thirsty but winter just freezes all the feelings. Hey, I think I have a point, don’t yah
Hey, I like this. Everyone says I drink a lot of water. I normally finish drinking 2-3 bottles of water in our meetings at work. I don’t think I can keep track of how much I drink water everyday. I like your idea of buying a bottle with numbers to check it out!
