My Fitness Goals

I have been working out with a trainer for a few weeks now. My goals are to lose about fifteen pounds and make exercise part of my daily routine.

In starting my workout, I warm up by walking on the treadmill or using the elliptical machine for ten minutes. Then, my trainer does some medicine ball exercises with me and brings me up to speed.

Also, I use the dumbbells to help strengthen my upper body muscles. For abdominal, I use the crunch machine which folds my body in a sandwich back n’ forth. Moreover, my trainer requires me to do sixty to seventy sit-ups.

To finish, I run on the treadmill for fifteen minutes, which makes me feel like I am on some kind of mission, a marathon perhaps? Stretching helps loosen up all the soreness, so I never forget doing that part of the routine.

I am certain that I am on my way to a healthier body, and I am determined to do it. It is hard work now, but the pay off is big. Therefore, it helps to set goals because they become the driving force for focusing.

I need to set some goals too. For some reason I always end up putting it off for tommorow.
