You and the Ant
You have had this ant as your pet from the beginning. You watched this ant’s every movement and enjoyed watching it. One day the ant is going to this path that leads to its death. How would you let the ant know and direct the ant to the path of life.
You also have to remember that the ant cannot understand or hear what you are saying. You have all the power to do just about anything. So what would you do to get the ant’s attention??
The answer is: You would have to become an ant yourself in order for the ant to understand and hear what you are saying. Just like that Father in heaven watched us and saw how we were heading down the path of death. So He sent his only son Jesus who came down as a human and showed the way to eternal life.
